In this course, my main takeaway was how to analyze school data to create a strategic plan to address problems in schools, specifically in regards to chronic absenteeism and low reading performance. I have included a report analysis of a school, along with a strategic plan analysis and plan for stakeholder involvement to implement an updated strategic plan.
