This was the culmination of my two years of graduate studies. My capstone focused on teacher attrition rates. Below, you can find a literature review I conducted that investigated patterns in teacher turnover rates, and my action research proposal, which outlined a plan to investigate 3 research questions related to teacher turnover:
- How is teacher training connected to teacher turnover?
- How does the rate of teacher turnover vary from region to region?
- Why is teacher turnover occurring, and what can be done about teacher turnover?
